How do you get the image inside the crystal?
Our specialized lasers and computer technology allow us to take any photo and recreate it in intricate detail. The lasers create small fractures inside the crystal that look like dots to the naked eye. These dots combine to form your image in incredible detail.
Can I get this sent in time for a funeral?
Our memorial urns are 3D printed, so our processing time can take a few days. Please contact us about expedited shipping before placing your order.
How do I order a Memorial Urn?
It's easy! Just choose your size from the product page. Then upload your image of choice using our customization tool. From there, you can add text for no additional charge. Make sure you check your spelling since we'll add your text EXACTLY as you type it. Once you've made your selections, add the memorial to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have questions about your Memorial Urn, please contact us before you place the order.
Can I return my memorial if I don't like it?
Returns are rare because these gifts are personalized. 99.9% of recipients love their Crystal Impressions memorial. Occasionally, we do have unhappy customers. In this situation, we are committed to making things right, so please email us if you have any concerns, and we'll work with you individually.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We process orders very quickly, so if you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible. If your gift has not reached the lasers, we can cancel it. Once your memorial reaches the lasers, we will not be able to cancel. Email or call us if you need to cancel.
How long does it take to make my photo gift?
Most of our Memorials take 2-4 days to process. We then ship it out and it can take between 5-8 days to arrive after processing.
What image file types do you accept? What size is best?
We accept PNG and JPG files. We recommend images that are 2MB or larger. Your 3D engraving will look best at higher resolutions. If you don't have a high resolution image, submit the highest size you have. We have had low quality images work.
